About Developers and Owners

Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (IBECHS) are the developers of this society. It was established in 1983. The first ever project launched by this company was Pakistan Town Phase-1 and Pakistan Town Phase-2. Phase-1 was launched in 1982-83 where as phase-2 was launched somewhere in between 1988-89.
